Precisely, as in a drugstore! The expression means the absolute accuracy in any business. The word the pharmacist occurred from German «apotheker» – the expert in the field of drugs. In modern medicine we call them Pharmacist.
The educational and methodical meeting with the chiefs of drugstores of connections, parts and Military institute of Internal troops was held on October 23-25, 2013, on the basis of Military institute of Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The first day of the meeting was very saturated – all began with survey of appearance of the arrived pharmacists from all divisions of armies of a law and order, finishing of a daily routine, lesson schedule, and then occupations directly began.
The head of the meeting, the chief of military-medical management of the Main command of Internal troops, the colonel of a health service Serik Omarbayev was acquainted with the report on a subject: «Results of work of a health service of Internal troops concerning medical supply for 2013 and tasks for 2014». Also that day the deputy of TITO chair lieutenant colonel E. Satigulov, the chief manager of SK-Pharmacy M. Syzdykov, the chief of financial service the major L. Safonova, the specialist doctor of VMU of the Main command of VV the captain of a health service E. Orazgaliyev presented their reports on the done work for the reporting period.
After the official part of the meeting the participants were invited to visit the Museum of Military institute, later the concert prepared by tutors of educational institution where cadets and the military personnel of institute played the music on the subjects devoted to medical workers. The head of the meeting the colonel of a health service Omarbayev Serik Sapanovich presented the congratulation speech and stood at the origins of education of a military college, in far 1997 he, being in a rank of the captain of a health service was in a position of the chief of a health service. And as the colonel S. Omarbayev said: «Each time when I cross a threshold of a check point of the institute, I experience special excitement. I gave many years of service to our smithy of shots, and I am always proud of being a serviceman here, among future officers, many of which, since the first release, served to positions of the deputy commander of connection, commanders of regiments. Some of them now work side by side with me in the Main command of armies».
On the second day of the meeting the pharmacists had practical classes in a drugstore and visited the infirmary of the Military institute. After the dinner the plan was to have a city excursion, including visiting the museum-residence of Abylai-Khan whose 300-year anniversary was celebrated in Kazakhstan in the current year.
The author of this article had a chance to go with participants of the meeting on the way back after excursion. It’s not a secret that at the positions of chiefs of drugstores there is generally female military personnel, from 29 participants, apart from heads, there were only three men, the others represented a beautiful half of mankind. And so that, on the way back there was a composition by Igor Kornelyuk on the radio «The city doesn’t exist». Women asked to make the volume up and began to sing along it and the atmosphere was a little bit sad at that moment. 
One of the reasons was, probably, the leaving moment which was closer and closer with every hour, and they didn’t want to leave. One of the factors of a friendly arrangement to each one was warm reception given by the commander of educational and methodical meeting, the chief of a health service of MI the major Erik Aklasov, the chief of a drugstore of MI the employee Raikhan Shamsudinova, the senior expert of an orchestra Raushan Daniyarova who has carried out the good-bye concert. Together with the officers of department of VISPR they counted everything, beginning from household questions finishing the stand at which the photos with the participation of all actions of participants were constantly updated. And apart from the same of excursion the concert was arranged in their honor. And the composer Kornelyuk made the point: «There is a city!” There is a Petropavlovsk city – the most northern regional center of Kazakhstan where live courageous and at the same time hospitable people who always will adequately welcome guests of the edge. It is a pity that the following educational and methodical meeting will take place in another place. And maybe it is better, because after all the geographical horizons are broadened, and it is always possible to compare the drugstore to drugstores from other parts.
