The department of tactics and all-military disciplines is the structural division of Military institute of Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The date of formation of the department falls on 1997, the date of the foundation of the Military Academy on preparation of officer shots for internal troops of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the higher and average military vocational education.
Colonel Ponamarev was appointed as the first chief of the department. From the date of the formation of the department the following disciplines were taught: general tactics, tactics of internal troops, military topography, protection against weapons of mass destruction, military and engineering preparation, military history. The laborious work on the creation of the methodical documentation, classroom and field educational material resources started from the first days of the existence of the department. Many officers and ensigns who had arrived from armies and other power structures took an active part in that work. They are: A.A.Salykov, A.K.Valiev, V.G.Orlovsky, D.Z.Zholbayev, I.V.Chernyak, S.V. Mashkin, S.U.Kulbachayev, Y.A.Grankovsky, D.T.Tuleshev, A.V.Vasilyev, K.A.Esimzhanov, S. Alibayev, A.Mikhalchuk, L.Zadorozhnaya, L.Krivosheyev, and many others.
In June, 2000 there were organizational and regular changes in the structure of the department, the discipline of tactics of internal troops was output from the structure of the department with the reorganization of it into the independent department.
After the carried out changes new officer-teachers with an experience in the highest military educational institutions and armies whose names are A.Y.Levin, O.G. Kovalev, E.Z.Aldanazarov, P.V. Belozerov, A.A.Bespalov, R.Z.Sarzhanov, K.B.Kosyntayev and many others arrive to the department.
From that time it was headed by colonels Levin A.Y, Kovalev O. Bilyuchenko B.H, Zholbayev D.Z. lieutenant colonel Kornilov A.A. in different years.
In July, 2003 the department undergoes changes again. Its structure is replenished with the cycle of communication which is engaged in preparation of the future officers on the specialty: team-tactical communication army. V.N. Bilyuchenko, V.P. Sidorin, T.S.Aubakirov, E.A.Iskakov, A.L.Rudakov, E.K.Zharylgapov, V.N. Suvorin arrive to the department to work on the cycle of communication.
In August, 2007 in connection with the completion of preparation of future officers on team-tactical communication army the department had regular changes, the cycle of communication was abolished. The department began to consist of the management and two cycles, a cycle of tactics and a cycle of all-military disciplines.
During all these years the department was full of laborious and purposeful work on the improvement of teaching and educational process, training programs and thematic plans of the disciplines are processed and improved, the educational material resources of the department is developed. Many teachers are engaged in scientific work and as a result of this work the officers Sarzhanov R. Kosyntayeva K.B, Zharylgapova E.K. enter and become the post graduate advanced students of the National University of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Recently the department is headed by the colonel Sharapiyev Uraz Kapsalyamovich. Under his management the staff of the department continues to solve the problems of training and education of future officers, capable to operate divisions during conducting modern general fight with a great success.
Big diligence, hard work and professionalism in training of future officers is shown by officers: V.P. Titovich, A.N.Yudin, I.V.Chernyak, K.K.Bakibayev, E.S.Iskakov, T.S.Moldabayev, K.B.Bayguzhinov, A.L.Rudakov, A.A.Zhakubayev, D.T.Mukhamediyev and many others.
Many officers of the department passed through a hearth of the Afghan war, hot spots of Transcaucasia and Tajikistan, graduated from military academies, they passed their knowledge on fighting experience to cadets during carrying out different types of classes, field trainings and tactical doctrines. These are colonels Kovalev O.G., Sharapiyev U.K. Zholbayev D.Z. lieutenant colonels Volnykh P.A., Zharkimbekov N.E. Kulbachayev S.U. Mirtayev N.O., majors Aubakirov T.S. Zhantlesov A.U. Baybusinov M.N.
At the present stage many graduates of the Military institute proved themselves as professional specialists that is the highest award for teachers of the department.
The department actively participates in public and sports life of the institute, takes prize-winning places, what was repeatedly encouraged with the command of Military institute.
The staff of the department makes a worthy contribution to the preparation of officer shots for Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
