Department of Tactics of Service and Combat Use
The department it’s one of the main structure divisions of the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carrying out educational methodical and scientific work from disciplines of Department of Tactics of Service and Combat Use educational work with cadets and it is letting department.
Department of Tactics of Service and Combat Use is studying theoric and practice fighting military service, the organization of Service and Combat activities connections, units, divisions, guards and the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organization and practice of commanders, leadership staff executing Service and Combat tasks of military service and managing their tasks when solving everyday and suddenly emerging tasks.
The main efforts are focused on quality training highqualified personnel with core competencies, solid theorical knowledge, practical skills and organizational skills, combat, moral and phychological and physical qualities, developed thinking.
Tasks of Department
- Organization and spending learn-methodical work for subjects of studies;
- participation in educational work with studiers;
- execute sciences profile studies of department for questions of training officers personnel;
- studies of cadets for specialty «Command tactical of the National Guard» and «Command Tactical engineering technical support of troops».
Methodical work
On the basic of the governing documents on the organization, and management process of learn-educational on department:
- typical training programs are being development, learn-methodical complexes of discipline, methodical materials and manuals on the most appropriate forms and methods of training;
- every year analyzed service and combat activities of leavers in troops for incoming reviews and timely adjustments to the training documentation;
- studied, summarized, introduced into the educational process advanced educational experience of higher educational universities of country in the near and far abroad;
- the professional development of the faculty is carried out during the period practical training of cadets, during the holding of methodological training sessions in the regional command “Ortalyk” and other gatherings and exercises stipulated by the plan of combat trainings of troops, as well as in the “Republican training and methodological centre for civil protection” Emergencies Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and monthly bushes in the military higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakshtan and Russian Federation;
- Each year, the electronic library fund is replanished and updated, which allows cadets to independently prepare for the leading disciplines in the department;
- conducts course exams and tests, analyze their results.

Military science work
- The involvement of cadets in the military science work to enhance their cognitive and creative activities;
- broadening horizons and inculcating the initial skills of independent research work;
- the professional development of the faculty conducts scientific research, the results of which are published in the “Magazine of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and also are reflected in conferences(seminars) in the military institute and in high educational institutions of Kazakhstan and Commonwealth of Independent States;
- development of inventive and rationalization work in the field of improvement engineering security equipment and educational material base of the department.
Development of the educational material base
There are special audiences “Technical means of protection” on the department, where cadets study the device, tactical technical characteristics and the principle of operation of modern security systems, the audience is “special means”, where cadets are taught how to use active defenses and provide special operations for freeing hostages and curbing mass disorders. The are audiences on the department equipped with existing electrified mock-ups , vividly demonstrating ways to protect important public facilities , institutions of the criminal executive system, as well as structures and structure on communications in a state of emergency.

of Service and Combat Use
For the practical training on the organization of the service of small objects of protection in the territory of the institute built a special town of Tactics of Service and Combat Use, it is soon planned to expand it by restructuring additional elements used in the Service and Combat activity.
